Professional Background: Clinical Insight with Global Organisational Experience

Alongside my clinical work, I bring over 10 years of experience in organisational development. My career began with eight years at Willis Towers Watson, focusing on engagement and employee experience strategies. I then spent several years as an independent consultant, partnering with global clients on culture programs, change management, and assessments. Most recently, I held a leadership role in People and Organisational Development within a Dutch biotech company.

This journey allows me to approach corporate wellbeing not just as a therapist, but as a former leader who understands the complexities of organisational systems. Bridging clinical expertise with 15 years of global consulting and leadership experience, I offer a unique dual perspective to my corporate partners.
